By training with them I have made a lot of progress in such amount of time and had a very enjoyable experience. I am really surprised at how much I could achieve with them and has helped break through physical and mental plateaus I have had for 1 year. This is through a structured program, getting live feedback by sending form videos as I go throughout my workout and tips from their experience. This helps to make adjustments for the next set/session and progress very fast.

First of all thank you brother for helping me out in *street lifting* . I never knew that i can push myself to this level never imagined that weighted dips, weighted pullups and muscle up can be done on the same day.

I highly recommend team strength synergy as a personal trainer. In just 5 months of working with them, I have seen significant progress in my fitness level. I went from 0 pullups to 12,increased my squat weight from 40 to 100 kg and improved my parallel bar dips from 0 to 18 reps. Before 4 months from now, I was doing dips and pull ups with a bad form which would have hampered my progress and lead to injuries. Came across Strength synergy , who are 6 years deep into streetlifting and knows their stuff. They jotted down a proper roadmap on calls and made an excel sheet from day 1 to track my progress.
I liked the part where they ask for the video of top sets to correct my form(if needed).

Apart from coaching, providing useful tips, they also help on days when I failed my set, and adjusts the training program if I am jet lagged.
Overall a solid coaching to go ahead with and I am planning to unlock more milestones eventually in the coming years under their guidance.
